Sunscape Puerto Plata Hotel

Everything was very good, liked our very very good stay. Booked a room with two double beds. The staffs were knowledgeable & helpful. The a la carte restaurant on the second floor and the swim-up bar.

The staff and food were perfect, I loved it. I was there for 7 nights and ate at a la carte restaurant on the second floor. The large bathroom and the rest was clean. Check-in was the best.

Beautiful place, great food offered for continental breakfast. I loved looking at garden from the window of my deluxe queen room. The a la carte restaurant was nice and their staff was pleasant.

Our stay there was memorable. The location was impeccable, outstanding breakfast, good value. The room was fine and brand-new, loved cozy bed. Super friendly staff and pleasant restaurant. The hotel was adjacent to the local beach.

I've chosen this deluxe hotel for staying here with my wife. I enjoyed that the property was near to the beach in front of resort and sunscape and the Iberostar in Puerto Plata.

It's a secure and spotless hotel, rooms are luxurious. Venue's staff is outstanding. Marvelous location down the beach.

The stay at this very fancy hotel was a wonderful one. Fairly priced with non-smoking rooms. Venue was tidy. I had a savoury breakfast and loved breads, meats and fruit. Friendly check in and smooth check out.

Extremely cordial personnel, functional rooms, optimal location. The breakfast had lots of options: slices of fresh bread, fruit and meats. Rooms with a king size bed and a beautiful view, for instance. Clean private beach, that was what we loved.

Clean enough, very tidy rooms, rather good breakfast and welcoming staff. Stayed in Wheelchair Accessible room, it worked well for me. Really comfortable location to mount isabel torres. It was good to have fine drinks in the poolside bar. My experience at this absolutely perfect hotel was relaxing👍

Quite clean & such huge venue, STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL views. Really beautiful location, 5 minutes' walk to gran ventana beach resort. Moreover, the area was pretty quiet. The bathroom in my club class room was quite big.

The room was stocked, and the staff was really very welcoming, the beds were really comfy. Breathtaking view of garden. I loved its convenient location. Customer service was perfect, and food was so good.

Unique base for exploring Puerto Plata. We appreciated cleanliness and the food, the hotel had everything we required for our trip. Not to mention Wi-Fi that was a bonus.

Staff was polite and we loved our stay. Tee Off Cigar Lounge, where you can eat, is just a walk down to the hotel.
